Thirty police officers have died so far in 2020 compared to over 300 health care workers from covid-19. 60,000 have contracted the disease to date whereas in all of 2019, 13,700 police officers were injured. By comparison, policing is safe.

Before you tell me I’m comparing apples to oranges, stop. These numbers are about the risk of the job.
